Abstract

L’épithéliopathie en plaque (EPP) est une pathologie inflammatoire acquise du fond d’œil (FO) qui atteint essentiellement les sujets jeunes. Certaines présentations peuvent mimer un syndrome de Vogt Koyanagi Harada (VKH), posant un problème diagnostique. Nous rapportons le cas d’une patiente de 28 ans présentant un tableau clinique et iconographique évocateur de VKH, dont l’évolution spontanément favorable a permis de retenir le diagnostic d’EPP.
